We are local, our parents were visiting us. Within 5-min walk, a lot of restaurants, tourist spots and bus stops. This unit is in the newly built condo complex and super clean. Thank you David, they enjoyed the stay so much!!!

David's place was a perfect base for our 2-month stay. It's small (a studio) but has everything you might need including a gym. Close enough to easily walk to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, sites and activities. Quiet in the unit, though it's right in the middle of everything. Definitely recommended!
David's place is fantastic! A clean, bright condo with a modern design. We were impressed by the excellent soundproofing, which makes you feel completely private. David is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with, and provides very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. And, of course, most importantly - the best location you could ask for to enjoy the Victoria atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking or at least 30 days prior to check-in.
About your ID: Your ID is used only to confirm that the person booking is the person staying. It is kept in a secure location, is never shared with anyone else, and is permanently deleted one month after you check out.
House Rules
- Check-in is 3PM or later.
- Check-out is 11AM or prior.
- Visitors are welcome, but only 2 people may stay overnight.
- Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM.
- Pets, smoking, vaping, cannabis, and parties or events are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- The suite may not be sublet, re-listed, or advertised.
- Immediately report any damage or maintenance issues.
