A perfect base for our 2-month stay. It's small but has everything you might need, including a gym. Can easily walk to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, sites & activities. Quiet in the unit, though it's right in the middle of everything. Definitely recommended!
Fantastic place! Clean & bright with a modern design. Excellent soundproofing - makes you feel completely private. Wonderful hosts who communicated clearly and provided clear instructions for check-in/out. Most importantly: best location you could ask for to enjoy Victoria.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking or at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Damage Deposit: Returned at the end of your stay on inspection completion if nothing is broken. Normal wear & tear is fine, but serious damage will be deducted.
Government Issued ID: Only used to confirm that the person booking is the person staying. It is kept in a secure location, never shared, and permanently deleted one month after check out.
House Rules
- Check-in: 3PM or later. Check-out: 11AM or prior.
- Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM.
- Pets, smoking, vaping, cannabis, and parties or events are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- The suite may not be sublet, re-listed, or advertised.
