Student Housing
A furnished studio in downtown Victoria, rented by the month, with everything you need to study and live. No furniture to buy, no utilities to set up, and no roommates to distract you. Rent covers heat, electricity, water, and internet, and every suite has its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
Getting to Class
The building is at 456 Pandora Ave, in the middle of downtown, which is where most of Victoria’s bus routes converge. The University of Victoria is a 16 minute drive, or 28 minutes by bus — routes 4 and 7 run between downtown and the UVic exchange. Camosun College’s Interurban campus is 18 minutes by car, or 33 minutes on routes 21 and 39, and the Lansdowne campus is closer still at 14 minutes by car or 26 minutes by bus.

A Quiet Place to Work
Corner Studio, Harbor Studio, and Sky Studio each come with a desk and chair. Modern Studio has a bench and a couch rather than a desk, so if you want a dedicated work surface, choose one of the other three.
Every suite has adjustable lighting, a lamp, and blackout blinds.
Fast Internet
All four suites run at 100 Mbps over Wi-Fi, and each one also has a wired Ethernet connection. Internet is included in the rent — there is no separate account to open or bill to split.
Hangout Spots in the Building
The fifth floor is the building’s common area: an indoor kitchen with couches and a dining table, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ on the same floor. It is somewhere to cook and hangout with friends, eat away from your desk, or sit outside when the weather is nice.
There is also a gym in the building.
All of these spaces are shared with everyone else in the building.
Cafés, Restaurants, and Groceries Nearby
For somewhere to read, write, or get out of the suite for an hour, the location could hardly be better. Bean Around the World, La Roux Patisserie, Union Pacific, Hey Happy, Habit, and St. Cecilia are all close by, and that is before the ones you will find by wandering a couple of blocks in any direction.
Most of the city’s best restaurants are within walking distance, and so are plenty of grocery stores — enough that you can shop for the week without a car or a bus fare.
The rest of downtown Victoria is on the doorstep too: boutiques, bookstores, malls, and everything else the centre of the city has to offer.
